Hotel Indigo Krakow - Old Town, a part of the InterContinental chain, is a boutique hotel located in a historic building, built in 1836 in the heart of Kraków. The location of this hotel is perfect. It is about 5 minutes from the Old City, near an ice cream store and across the street from the market that has wonderful food, pastries and is fun to walk through. The room was very comfortable. The mattress was fabulous. There was enough room to unpack which is unusual at boutique hotels. The light in the bathroom was perfect. The restaurant offered choices for breakfast and the price is comparable to going somewhere else, so it is very convenient. The staff made dinner reservations for us that were excellent and arranged our taxi to the airport. Everything about this hotel was perfect.

This was in a great location, right by the square. We were greeted and given a run down of all the facilities and also some of the best places and excursions to see with a marked map before checking in, this was a great service! The apartment was big with a lot of mirror and good lighting - always a win! The bedroom was spacious and the kitchenette was great.
