Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing value for money: comfort of a Sofitel room at a reduced price. Highly recommend!

HIlton Auckland offers stylish rooms and suites in an idyllic location at the end of Princes Wharf. The room had a balcony affording great views day and night. The TV was good and the bath and bathroom were excellent. I was able to get UBER eats delivered to reception within minutes! The staff were all helpful and polite. The lounge area was nice for a coffee.

The whole experience from start to finish, the greeting on arrival from the lovely young man checking us in, later on his helpfulness with this technology challenged pensioner 😊 and the cheerful greeting each time we passed through the lobby
