The property was in an amazing location, just outside the main hustle of the city centre but a 5 minute walk from Ponsonby Road where there were amazing restaurants and bars. Local supermarkets/ grocery stores within walking distance too if you wanted to buy food to eat in. The property was extremely private with the most beautiful garden and decking area where you could sit in the morning with a coffee, catch the sun all afternoon and relax as the sun set in the evening. The apartment was very spacious and modern with a classic touch and just felt very comfortable. The host was so friendly and approachable, went over and above to make us feel welcome and provide suggestions of places to see and visit. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back!

Situado em Auckland, a 4,8 km do Auckland Domain e a 4,9 km do Aotea Centre, o Sunny & Cozy Home near Western Springs oferece jardim e ar-condicionado. This was close to Western Springs for our annual concert so location was key. Was very cosy and felt very much like home. Lovely outdoor area to relax and have dinner with a glass of wine, a bbq would have been a great addition. My sister thought the queen bed in the room was very comfortable, although it 'squeeked' when trying to get comfortable. Overall with a few minor touch ups this place would be really amazing. I would definitely return if a few small things were fixed.
