The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. It is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, parks. Off street free parking was a plus. Our first morning my husband was joined for coffee by the “neighborhood nuisance” on the deck but he didn’t mind at all.

Sunny & Cozy Home near Western Springs está en Auckland, a 2,7 km de Estadio Eden Park y a 4,8 km de Auckland Domain, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, aire acondicionado, jardín y terraza. This was close to Western Springs for our annual concert so location was key. Was very cosy and felt very much like home. Lovely outdoor area to relax and have dinner with a glass of wine, a bbq would have been a great addition. My sister thought the queen bed in the room was very comfortable, although it 'squeeked' when trying to get comfortable. Overall with a few minor touch ups this place would be really amazing. I would definitely return if a few small things were fixed.
