We had a very short one night stay in this hotel, but it really did an impression on us. This hotel is ancient compared to where we stayed in Nepal before. The historical atmosphere of this place is definitely worth the money. The traditional architecture, furniture, in room amenities are very rare in hotels. No elevators, but the staff will carry your luggage up the stairs. We really enjoyed it. The reception staff was very helpful, everything was well organised. If you stay in Patan area, I really recommend this place.

Staff was very friendly, and went above and beyond to help me out, especially when I left my phone in a taxi. The room was very comfortable, and I loved the roof top terrace.

The hot water is really hot, the air conditioning works, so do the power sockets, everything is very clean, the staff is very friendly and the price is brilliant. The internet is very good.

Hotel Goodwill is located barely 200 metres from the Mahaboudha Temple, a masterpiece of brick and tile, and the ancient Rudravarna Mahavihar. It features an outdoor swimming pool. The staffs and the owner of the hotel is superb, taking care of us like family. The room is spacious and very comfy bed and pillows. And the security of the hotel is great. No worries about safety.
