The hotel itself has a really tasteful decor, it's impeccably clean, has all the amenities you might need during your stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay again.

This hotel is situated in the centre of The Hague only 150 metres from the Bierkade Tram Stop. Mercure features a 24-hour front desk and room service. The room looked exactly as in the pictures shown on the website. The breakfast was classic with a variety of products to choose from. The staff is really friendly and helpful whenever needed.

Príjemný personal,prirovnanie k sume tak to bolo celkom pekne zariadená izba aj celý hotel.zobrali sme izbu bez okna keď že sme vedeli že na izbe budeme minimum.ale možno budúci rok to už asi bude aj z oknom :) stravu sme chceli v meste ,ked že sme chceli vychutnat tie potraviny ktore sme tam aj pred rokmi vzdy jedli.

It was very disappointing: Due to a knee injury, I was unable to climb the very steep stairs to the top floor (not shown or written in advance in the listing)! I asked if I could change an apartment or request a partial refund and when that was not possible, I booked another hotel and asked if I could please change the date to 2025 (not something unreasonably close). So far, nobody has returned my messages, my card has been charged, and Booking.com’s customer service said they would let me know when the property replied them - which has not been done. I was supposed to have stayed from April 17-19, and now it is the middle of May: The property still hasn’t replied.
