The property at KLOE is beautiful! I loved my room and all the common spaces. There are nice lounge areas by the pool and comfy couches and work spaces in the lobby. All of the staff were so helpful and friendly! Everything was super clean, bathroom and shower were amazing. The complimentary local snacks were a plus too!

Friendly and professional staff, great breakfast, huge and luxurious rooms, rooftop bar, very personal service. Although it’s a big hotel chain, it felt like a boutique hotel. We have tried another 5 star hotel in KL during our stay, but Banyan Tree was the absolute best. The hotel is connected by a bridge to Pavilion shopping center which makes it the ideal location.

Location and proximity to pavilion mall . Large selection of food options and shopping brand varieties. Dedicated Access to mall is great when it's really hot outside. Hotel has a roof top pool and gym and breakfast is included in the package. Breakfast has a huge option so thumbs up for that.
