Nos dejaron un adaptador europeo para poder cargar el teléfono móvil. Nos dejaron hacer el check out más tarde. El personal fue super amable ayudándonos a encontrar un taxi para nosotros para visitar un museo.

Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, true hospitality. They offered free pick up and drop off from the airport. The room looked exactly the same as photo. Breakfast was perfectly adequate and during my stay it was delivered to the room due to Ramadan. Considered the quality offered the hotel is great value. The location in Salmiya is a little bit far from the city, but I think this area itself is interesting to explore and there are a lot of restaurant and shopping options. It’s also easy to go to the center with very frequent bus connections.
