I liked how friendly and helpful the host, Mr. KiHo Lee and his mom (They operate the guesthouse) were. From the second my family and I arrived, Mr. Lee assisted us with all of our bags and helped us arrange transportation for the following day. Mr. Lee’s mom made a wonderful breakfast the following morning, which offered quite a bit of variety. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The location is close to Hongik University and the Hongik University Metro stop. The area is vibrant with many restaurants, bars, and shopping to offer. My family and I look forward to the next time we can stay at the Good Guesthouse.

Hiljuti renoveeritud majutusasutus Good Guesthouse #2 asub Soulis Hongiki ülikooli jaama lähedal. Kohapeal on ühine köök, täispäevane valve ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Breakfast was awesome. Host's mother has over 30 years of experience cooking at restaurant so no doubt on the taste. She prepared different dishes every morning to let us to try different type of authentic Korean foods. Thumbs up on the effort! Host was friendly as well. He let us leave our luggage at lobby before check-in on our first day because we reached Korea super early in the morning. He even welcomed us with a small cake. Room & bathroom were super clean & comfortable. Location was strategic as well. Quiet at night but also very near to restaurants, convenience stores & cafes around.

The place made us feel totally at home. Great space for 5 people. Me and my friends enjoyed our stay, there were night where we were just comfortable hanging out at home, instead of going out. Location near hong dae was very convenient, we could walk or take a short bus ride to hongik uni station. The owner of the place even came by to give us some fruits and check on our stay.

Terrassi ja konditsioneeriga majutusasutus kbook9 asub Soulis, 700 meetri kaugusel Hongiki ülikooli jaamast ja 1,5 km kaugusel Hongiki ülikoolist. Hotell asub Souli raudteejaamast 5,7 km kaugusel. The apartment was perfect for a family of four and was so central to everything. It was close to the action - Hongdae Street - and yet in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of modern and traditional Korean eateries and cafes. Hongik Univ Station was only a 5-10 min walk and it's a major interchange station to the Airport Railroad and other lines. Our host was very responsive, friendly and hospitable. Small touches such as complimentary umbrellas, plenty of towels and a cold/hot water filter made our stay comfortable. It was a first visit to Korea as a family and because we had such a positive experience, when we return we want to stay at Kbook9 again. Definite recommend.

We booked a private family room and it has everything you need, hot water maker/refrigerator/hair dryer/sufficient towels in the room. A welcome bottle water for each person and you can also buy drinks and water at lobby. Free coffee at lobby and 500 won if you use the wash machine, so convenient for travelers. Although there’s no elevator in this hostel but when we checked in, the owner was there and helped with putting the luggages to our room, very thoughtful and sweet.

Offering city views, Sunnyhill Hostel Hongdae is set in the Mapo-Gu district of Seoul, 600 metres from Hongik University Station and 1.5 km from Hongik University. Sunnyhill Hostel was in a fantastic location to explore Hongdae and Seoul. It was in a quieter side street in the center Hongdae near lots of restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable.

I've stayed in 10+ hotels/homestays in South Korea and this one is real good. I particularly enjoyed the communication with staff, I felt they are genuine people that do their best to make guests comfortable. The place itself is lovely, just 5 minutes away from Hongdae station and has lots of yummy places all around.
