Hotel Loft is located in the heart of Seoul, only a 5-minute walk to Exit 12 of Dangsan Subway Station (Line 2 and 9). How much space it had and it was close to some restaurant

Probalby, one of the (if not the) best hotels in Seoul, not much to add here. Perfect location, perfect facilities, it's Hilton after all. And yes, the views are superb.

Comfort inn Yeouido is located in the Yeouido business district and offers rooms with free internet and private bathrooms. It features a coffee shop and free parking. The room is more spacious than expected. Although there are very little furniture but it is very amazing . The location is nice, there are many restaurants near the hotel and CVS are very convenient.
