We had a fantastic stay, were really taken care of and had a great introduction to traditional Korean living. Breakfast was freshly cooked and very tasty. Be aware that the bathrooms are shared so worth bringing a robe!

Located in centre of Seoul, just 800 metres from Insadong, Gongsimga Guesthouse provides easy access to the city’s many attractions. Myeongdong shopping are is just 2.2 km away. If you want a traditional stay near the main palace, this is it. The beds are futons and the building is very very old but it was warm and the bathroom although small was functional. The staff were helpful and gave us some great recommendations for walking g around. It not glamorous but it was really fun.

Luxury hanok with private foot bathtub - SN10 is situated in the Jongno-Gu district of Seoul, 1.3 km from Jongmyo Shrine, 1.4 km from Jogyesa Temple and 1.7 km from Gyeongbokgung Palace. Really nice hanok in the perfect location to explore the area. The area is very busy with tourists and locals, but when you are inside, you don't hear anything and you can enjoy your time there. Everything was as expected [clean, comfortable, etc.] Loved the foot bathtub.
