I would start with manager Jay who speaks English very well. He made me feel very special, he is a very charming and pleasant man who helped me with just about anything I needed ! He was extremely helpful, as was his colleague Tom and I felt very welcome. I have rarely met anyone so involved in his work ! I had a lovely newly furnished room and everything exceeded my expectations. It was a great relief to be in a hotel such as this after all the experiences I had in other hotels. The hotel is very conveniently placed for bus connections, the airport bus stop is a couple of minutes walk away. If I visit Jeju again, I will certainly stay here ! I highly recommend this place.

Beyond expectations, I booked for me and my 4 other friends, they had no idea what the interior or the hotel looked like, and left it in my capable hands - They too were beyond amazed with the great shower facilities, the view off into the distant coast with Saeyeongyo Bridge! The PILLOWS!!! I remember walking out of toilet and my friend was immediately conked out after laying her head on the pillow (manufacturer: Nubizio), I too was a victim to this pillow, conked out whilst friends were still in the room talking. This cloud pillow really absorbs your tiredness making you feel refreshed upon your slumber! There is a lovely cafe within walking distance of 7 mins from the hotel called Cafe Dam-a (카페담아), you must go, the owner was lovely and maybe she'll give you a treat on the house if you're nice :) Not only is the neighbourhood quiet, but so is the hotel, it felt like we honestly had it to ourselves! In a good way ahah. We drove from the airport to the the hotel, and it has parking for up to 2-4 cars (realistically for up to two cars, although there are four parking spaces, you'd block the cars at the rear from exiting as the parking is shaped in a square format), nevertheless, the neighbourhood seems to be a free parking area where you can park your vehicles without any lawful restrictions, so long as it doesn't interfere with other vehicle mobility. I don't know if it has been mentioned on the bookings website, but there was an EV charger on the premises in the parking spaces toward the rear of the 4 by 4 square car parking, as to what kW charger type, I don't quite recall, most likely a type 2 charger as the assumption is that you charge your car overnight, and it wouldn't make sense to have installed a highspeed charger, but double-check with the premises beforehand!

There is a 24-hr convenience store right across the alleyway, and an excellent restaurant serving black pork barbecue and delicious sides right across the street (from the hotel parking area).

I suffered from heat at my room so staff gave me a bit cooler room. Very kind and helpfull staff at the front desk! Hotel has very good location in the center of Seogwopo city. Convenience store is located st the hotel.

Avevamo anche la lavatrice in stanza, un punto a favore a mio parere. parcheggio gratuito fuori dalla struttura. Vicino alle cascate Cheonjiyeon (8km circa con la macchina), 1 ora in macchina dall’aeroporto per via dei limiti di velocità

Top quality bathroom. Spacious room. Staff very helpful and polite. I loved the karaoke room as well! View from the terrace was nice, and with the music I felt like reserving it for a party. Maybe someday? :)

Questo lussuoso ma tranquillissimo e accogliente hotel immerso nel verde è di qualità ottima. La piscina riscaldata è imperdibile e i letti super comodi. Il consierge parla perfettamente inglese ed è cortesissima e disponibile. Stupendo il mandarineto del giardino segreto, che riempiva l’aria di un dolce profumo!
