The location is a little far from the center of Busan, but it's right between Seomyeon and Haeundae, I don't know about the system, but the floor was warm. It's not cold even in winter.

It's a short walking distance to the nearest metro or bus station and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and it was so convenient to have a washing machine as well as a kitchenette. Check in was very easy. You get an email explaining everything beforehand. Also communication is easy and they respond promptly. I forgot something in the room and the staff sent it to Seoul for me. That was very kind and I highly appreciate the effort of the staff. Situated 200 metres from Gwangalli Beach, H Avenue Gwanganri Beach offers 2-star accommodation in Busan and has a terrace. The hotel was clean and stylish, which made for a comfortable and delightful stay. The room also smelt nice, and the basic amenities were all provided for (ie toiletries, hairdryer, kettle etc). The view from the room was splendid, and I was able to see the beach and ocean. Many restaurants and convenient stalls around which made meals easy to settle. If you are looking for a quieter getaway, this hotel is highly recommended!

Set in Busan, 1 km from Gwangan Bridge, Wood House Hotel has a shared lounge. Everything perfect! The staff was so kind, helpful and always ready to give information. Good breakfast and great location!
