The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. So many of them went above and beyond. Breakfast was delicious and offered lots of options.

The landscape is an oasis in a busy city. It was so peaceful you could hear the frogs croaking at night. However the best part was how kind the staff were.

The staff at each place within the hotel were friendly, kind and helpful. After checking in and selecting the wrong dates the front-desk staff quickly worked to remedy this. At the restaurant the staff were friendly and helpful in giving local recommendations and knowledge.

Sarova Panafric Hotel is situated in Nairobi, 18 km from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and a 5-minute drive from the CBD. It features 2 restaurants, a bar and a swimming pool. Charity was amazing and very helpful. The host at the restaurant on the main level was too. Poolside restaurant was great! Hotel is in the city but is very quiet and serene. The rooms overlooking the city (Deluxe) are the best ones. Located on the 5th/6th floors. I upgraded and it was definitely worth it. Enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back.

Situata a Nairobi, a 4,3 km dal Museo Nazionale di Nairobi, la ACK Guest House Nairobi offre un ristorante, un parcheggio privato gratuito, un giardino e una terrazza. I absolutely love the ACK Guest House. The staff in every department there are wonderful, and they made it feel like a home away from home. Each day when I returned, often from a long day of work, they always welcomed me in such a way that I felt that I was coming home to friends. They were also thoroughly professional and provided excellent service. On several occasions, staff went above and beyond to help me with difficulties that I had, even when those difficulties were unrelated to the guest house itself. They want to ensure that their guests have a safe and happy and pleasant stay, not just at the ACK but also in Kenya. So even if you do find that you are unhappy with anything there, just talk to the staff. They are super kind and helpful. The guest house itself is comfortable and nice. IT's not the Ritz, but nor are you paying for the Ritz! Comfortable, safe, pleasant, and good value. One minor challenge was that there are not a whole lot of restaurants within easy walking distance (though there is one - a grill just a couple of minutes walk but I don't know about its food and prices because I never ate there), but I enjoyed the ACK in-house restaurant so much that I was more than happy to dine-in. That said, heaps of restaurants etc. are only a short, cheap uber (or a reaaaallllly cheap moto-taxi) away (when the traffic is clear). Getting anywhere when the traffic is bad can take a long time, but that's Nairobi. The area around the hotel is safe and quiet, but talk to reception before you decide to walk anywhere beyond the immediate surrounds, and they will help you to know where and when is safe for walking. The laundry service is also excellent. I really miss the ACK guest house, and really look forward to hopefully returning.

Lo staff è stato veramente cordiale ed ospitale: dalla receptionist alle cameriere del ristorante che mi hanno aiutato anche ad avere il pranzo al sacco per il giorno dopo, al pr del club al piano di sopra che è stato davvero molto carino a farmi compagnia e ad inserirmi nel contesto, essendo una viaggiatrice solitaria. Posizione ottima, vicino al centro di Nairobi. Comodo soprattutto se devi andare a Kencom/Ambassadeur per prendere un matatu (ci vogliono solo alcuni minuti di Uber per arrivarci).

L'Hadassah Hotel è situato nel cuore di Nairobi, a soli 3,5 km dal Palazzo del Parlamento del Kenya. L'hotel ospita un ristorante, un bar e un centro business. Great location, near the center but quiet and safe. The room was big, the bed had a new, comfortable mattress. As I have a back problem, the quality of the mattress is very important to me. Fridge and water boiler in the room with tea and coffee bags available. Decent bar and restaurant open until late at night. Very helpful staff. Overall a great stay with high price / value quota.
