Lovely place about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. We were there on 2 cold days in March but our room was warm with a heater and electric blankets. Very comfortable beds and an onsen in the room. We had a beautiful view out our window and in nice weather it would be lovely to sit outside but not on this visit. You eat downstairs in a pleasant dining room. The 2 dinners were fabulous and well prepared but we couldn't eat much of the breakfast (it was all Japanese), other guests loved it. But on the second day the cooks made us a delicious breakfast that kept us going all day. The owner is very helpful, he cares a lot about his guests, he's still working on the place and it will be really nice when it's done.

The owner of the hotel is a very nice and very helpful. I can see the beatiful view of the mountain from the window of the hotel. The private onsen is very impressive. I got lost because my GPS doesn't work and I got there late at night. Fortunately, I brought the phone number and the name of the hotel in Japanese. The owner is so nice to come to pick me up and take me to the hotel safely.

The air conditioning is very comfortable 5. Boss can pick you up at the station if you let him know. 6. Super friendly owner.

Located in Yufu, within 41 km of Oita Bank Dome and less than 1 km of Kinrinko Lake, 由布院ユウベルホテル provides accommodation with a garden and free WiFi as well as free private parking for guests who drive.... I loved the service. They were friendly and explained everything quite well. The facilities were amazing.

The location is very good, just next to the train station, and within walking distance to grocery, restaurants and the shopping street. The room is cozy and clean. Staff is very prompt in helping when we call, even during New Year Day.

In room onsen, our family loved the traditional tatami style bedroom, it was very cosy. Onsen at the back was small but enough for our family of four. Location was very convenient, 5 minutes walk to floral street.
