I can't begin to describe how good my stay was here. The accommodations were amazing. The room was warm and cozy. The building was beautiful and looked new and clean but, had the charm of an old traditional Japanese home. I came to snowboard and they had a room to store and dry all my wet gear. They were able to handle shipping my snowboard to and from the airport with Yamato transport. There is a direct bus to and from Shiga Kogen every day as well. There is not an onsen on site but, you can buy tickets to various local onsens, all of which were spectacular. All onsens had an indoor and outdoor bath. Breakfast was served every morning and, it was great to eat and chat with other travelers. Truly, the best part about staying here was the owners themselves. Yoshi and Seong-mi were two of the kindest, most friendly people I've encountered on any of my trips across the world. They made my experience feel like I was staying with my brother and sister. In fact, the whole town of Yudanaka felt like home to me and, I know this is a place I will never forget for the rest of my life.

Sakamoto-san was very accommodating in our SAKURA room for meals. will be sure to visit again. maybe stay in KIKU room?!?!

The staff are so helpful and nice. The outdoor onsen is fantastic, and we loved that we could reserve a private time there. The large sleeping/livingroom is super place to sleep and relax.

Το Yasuragi είναι ένα μικρό πανδοχείο 6 δωματίων με γεύματα Ryokan και άνετους εσωτερικούς χώρους. The owners were super friendly and helpful. Their food was incredible and the Onsen was relaxational bliss.

Aburaya Tousen offers luxurious contemporary Japanese-style accommodation with an amazing 11 types of hot-spring baths and free WiFi. I loved the amazing staff and amenities. The private onsen in the suite was amazing and the view with that on the balcony was beautiful. The staff were able to accommodate with an English speaking staff member. The owner of the hotel was also amazing! The hospitality was wonderful. They made sure we had a way to the train station. The Japanese style breakfast and dinner included with our stay were the best food me and my husband both have ever had in our two year stay in Japan. They even give you traditional wear to wear throughout the hotel to make the experience immersive!

Το Yudanaka Seifuso βρίσκεται στην περιοχή με τις ιαματικές πηγές Yudanaka και περιβάλλεται από γραφικά βουνά. A wonderful ryokan experience where every single detail is taken care of, it really looks like an animal crossing house where every piece belongs to a well thought vintage set ( in a good way, definitely) the family attending the business is very kind and the ofuros, while not the biggest, are perfect for a cozy feeling in the mountains

Located a 7-minute walk from Yudanaka Train Station, Hotel Housei offers free WiFi access, indoor/outdoor hot spring baths and air-conditioned Japanese-style rooms. Everything was good. I really liked the traditional Japanese dinner rand the experience at the Onsen.
