It was clean and well organized. Staff was super friendly and had a translator device in proximity in the case they couldn’t speak the language. Location is wonderful, close to all famous temples in Asakusa and to train stations. And the free sake was a plus!

Hotel staff are amazing, they made the stay so easy and were really helpful when it came to sending our luggage to Osaka. They went above and beyond and we cannot thank them enough!!! The location was great. 5 minutes walk from a couple of stations. The property was really clean, comfortable bed, quiet area, but really good access to sightseeing spots via the subway. The owners are lovely. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel was really lovely and is located in a cute and quiet, but relatively central neighbourhood (including some nice Cafes and restaurants). The hotel owners/staff were very friendly and provided me with detailed informations on how to check in and how to find my way. They even waited for me when I arrived in the late evening. The room was very pretty, spacious and comfortable. If I am coming back to Tokyo, I will try to stay here again, because I enjoyed it so much.
