Futakotamagawa Excel Hotel Tokyu offers elegant and modern guest rooms situated on 28-30th floors. The hotel is located just a 5-minute walk from Futakotamagawa Train Station, overlooking Tama River. J'ai choisi cet hotel car à proximité de ma famille. Je connaissais très bien l'endroit pour y avoir vécu. Pour des touristes ce n'est pas non plus le centre de Tokyo ni des points touristiques. Le quartier est assez agréable , considéré "bobo-chic" . Beaucoup de magasins à proximité. Belle vue des chambres si vois choisissez l'option vue sur la rivière qui est plus chère.

Le Bell house propose des hébergements climatisés à Tokyo, à 1,8 km du centre commercial Kyodo Corty, à 1,7 km du parc Kibogaoka et du parc Tsukayama. Yumi était très agréable, la maison est confortable et très bien équipée et le quartier de Sakurajosui est calme et très joli. Je recommande vivement !

Our stay here was exceptional. We were warmly greeted by the host, who speaks fantastic English. The accomodation is the entire 2nd floor and is very roomy. Something about the atmosphere of the house encourages good, sound sleep. "Cozy house" is exactly right. The location is also fantastic... a quick walk to the station, but set in a quiet, relaxing neighbourhood. Highly recommended for families or anyone wanting a traditional, relaxing accomodation option.

Set in Tokyo, 1.7 km from Kibogaoka Park and 1.8 km from Kyodo Corty Shopping Mall, ラフォレ１０１ 新宿から13分のくつろげるお部屋 offers air conditioning. We loved everything about the property! First on the list, the owner Yumi san is a great host. I contacted her thru Line on the day of the check-in and she is very responsive to all my questions. She assisted us during check-in and explained the facilities. She is also very fluent in english that's why we didn't had a hard time communicating even in person. Next is the room. It might sound like an exaggeration but the room is squeaky clean. The floors are clean, the bed is nicely made, the TV is a huge smart tv ready with Netflix, Youtube, etc. There are even complimentary snacks! The cooking pans and utensils are complete and we were able to prepare meals throughout our stay. There is a closet with hangers to keep our clothes and luggages, there is an automatic washing machine, oven toaster, microwave oven, kettle, wireless charger, and humidifier. Towels are provided and Yumi even asked us if we needed more. Lastly, the location of the property is less than 10 minutes walk to the train station. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants around the area which are all walking distance. Over all, this accommodation is the best one we've stayed at so far.

This room was a great value, which is what I wanted, but I was surprised and delighted by how much was included. The high-tech bath and drying room combo was wonderful. It was also packed with amenities and all the kitchen utensils someone might need to enjoy Tokyo for a long stay. The manager even provides oil and basic spices for cooking. Now I'm now hoping to bring my entire family to this unit next year.
