Everything was exactly as advertised in their pictures of the room, which was a relief. Very friendly and professional staff.

Location was perfect for us - right inside the Kabukichu area, but keep in mind that there's a ~8 minutes walk to the nearest metro station.

Location is great, centrally located in Shinjuku, still in a quieter street, very close to Shinjuku station. Rooms, although not big, but really comfy and spotlessly clean. All amenities available, including umbrellas, that was very useful. The staff is very nice and helpful. We recommend it.

Binuksan noong Abril 2015, ang Hotel Gracery Shinjuku ay nag-aalok ng mga kumportableng kuwarto, libreng WiFi, at restaurant. Limang minutong lakad lang ito mula sa east exit ng JR Shinjuku Station. Loved everything about this hotel! The location in the heart of Shinjuku was awesome. The room was big by Tokyo standards and very clean. The water pressure was outstanding. We didn't need our room cleaned while we were there and put up the "Do Not Disturb" sign when we went out. We were pleasantly surprised to find fresh towels and bottles of water left in a bag on our door each day when we returned. It was wonderful not to have to request them when needed. We would definitely stay here again!
