Everything was exactly as advertised in their pictures of the room, which was a relief. Very friendly and professional staff.

The location was great and right in the heart of shinjuku. The building the hotel is in has loads to do as well. The room was a good size with amazing views and so clean (I stayed in a garden suite room)

Well located in the centre of Tokyo, Tokyu Stay Shinjuku Eastside provides buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. Everything was OK. Very close to metro station. I strongly recommed this hotel for staying for several nights in Tokyo.

I loved the simplicity of the check in system. Great breakfast with exceptional teppanyaki of wagyu beef, fish and pork. The onsen in the second floor is absolutely gorgeous. The staff are very kind and always available to help.

Ideally situated in the centre of Tokyo, La'gent Hotel Shinjuku Kabukicho features air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. Location is great, centrally located in Shinjuku, still in a quieter street, very close to Shinjuku station. Rooms, although not big, but really comfy and spotlessly clean. All amenities available, including umbrellas, that was very useful. The staff is very nice and helpful. We recommend it.

In a prime location in the Shinjuku Ward district of Tokyo, Bespoke Hotel Shinjuku is located 400 metres from Samurai Museum, 600 metres from Koizumi Yakumo Memorial Park and 500 metres from Okubo... The location was 12' away from the main Shinjuku station. The staff was incredibly kind and spoke amazing English. They don't advertise it here, but the hotel offers free breakfast and coffee - which is basic but much needed and always welcome. The cleaning was the best we have seen - the machines and techniques we saw them using means they go a long way making sure everything is clean.

Open from April 2015, Hotel Gracery Shinjuku offers comfortable rooms, free WiFi and a restaurant, only a 5-minute walk from JR Shinjuku Station’s east exit. Seibu Shinjuku Station is a 3-minute walk.... Loved everything about this hotel! The location in the heart of Shinjuku was awesome. The room was big by Tokyo standards and very clean. The water pressure was outstanding. We didn't need our room cleaned while we were there and put up the "Do Not Disturb" sign when we went out. We were pleasantly surprised to find fresh towels and bottles of water left in a bag on our door each day when we returned. It was wonderful not to have to request them when needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Located within 300 metres of Samurai Museum and 200 metres of Shinjuku Subnade Shopping Mall, HOTEL KABUKI provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Tokyo. Great vibes great location. Comfy room. Great relaxing bath tub. Will be back.
