I loved the location as there wasn’t much traffic, and close to a train station. I’ve been to Tokyo before so I know how overly packed some hotels get, but this location was perfect. The overall feel of the hotel felt relaxing, and could kick back after walking all day or riding busy subways. Overall I would recommend to anyone that wants a nice elegant stay. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The staff were excellent - friendly, helpful, courteous and all that I interacted with had a high level of English. Room is compact, but very well designed. Space is maximized efficiently. Breakfast surpassed my expectations. - superb pancakes and egg dishes, beautifully presented. Overall a fantastic stay in a fantastic city.

The building was modern and the room was perfect in any aspect. We experienced an earthquake during the night (4.20 am) and we felt extremely safe. All the objects we placed on the desk were in the same place after the oscillations. The hotel provides free drinks from their vendor machine which we loved so much. We also found pajamas and sleepers in our room.
