One of the best breakfasts we had in Japan, very good onsen, photos don’t do justice to the room, our room was very well stocked, they even provided washing liquid for the washer.

Centrally located in Hirafu's Upper Village, boutique hotel Chalet Ivy Hirafu offers natural hot spring baths and delicately prepared Japanese cuisine. The staff were very kind and the property was clean. The ski concierge was a great service and my Niseko ski guide was phenomenal.

I love the location! It’s walking distance from Grand Hirafu Ski Resort! The staff took care of us… they have a really good breakfast. Baked Pizza and Curry soup are one my favourites :) They have a free coffee vending machine for the guests which includes matcha latte :) We stayed in a family suite and it was big and comfortable :) the view was awesome!

They have prepared our breakfast in the refregirator, though it was not included in the pack. The room was structured well to give us home like feeling. It was an exceptional stay.

Boasting ski-to-door access, The Maples Niseko is set in Niseko, a minute's walk from Niseko Grand Hirafu. All rooms feature a dining area and a kitchen with a dishwasher. Location was great. Breakfast we bought our own food, ski in/out with ski lockers. Amazing Hotel and great pizza restaurant in the lobby .

Situated 800 metres away from the ski lifts of Grand Hirafu, a Niseko United Ski Resort, Always Niseko features a restaurant and free WiFi throughout the property. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Everything was absolutely perfect! We had an incredible trip. The staff were very helpful, locations not right in the centre but it’s not an issue with the bus system they run so well. Rooms were really nice size and great amenities. View of Mt. Yotēi was stunning. Great breakfast, really could not fault a thing. We can’t wait to come back and stay!
