Wonderful location close to the subway and China town. Staff was really nice and welcoming. Breakfast is served in the restaurant annex the lobby. There is a lot of choice with toast, rice... You can pick your favourite Japanese or western breakfast items. Baggage can be stored by the staff. Rooms are spacious. The Google Chromecast is a real plus! You can easily stream your favourite shows right from your smartphone. There are also washing machines on the 12th floor.

Hotel staff were helpful and friendly and are able to converse in English which is a plus. There's also coin laundry, vending machine and microwave available for use!

Well situated in the Chuo Ward district of Kobe, Kobe Luminous Hotel Sannnomiya is situated 25 km from Mt. Rokko, 22 km from Mount Maya and 1.5 km from Kobe Port Tower. The hotel is across the street from the subway station which helps me move around, as I take trains a lot. So well stocked that it even provides facemask if you forget to bring along your own. Staff is super friendly!
