Hot spring and free ice pops for big and small kids. Rooms were pleasently bigger than expected and quiet.. Only 1 thing would be to have an option for kids breakfast cereal. l

Situated just a 3-minute walk from JR Motomachi Staion, Kobe Motomachi Tokyu REI Hotel provides simple rooms with natural colours. The staff were really friendly and organized a birthday surprise for my husband - thanks so much!! Location is fantastic as well. Will stay again if we visit Kobe.

Close to lots of restaurants and to station. Favorite part was the wifi - each room had its own login, which was great for work. Also strong wifi. Free tea and coffee 11 PM - 6 PM. Bed was quite comfy, and all amenities you can think of were supplied (or downstairs at reception). Loved that the room lighting could all be controlled from the bed. Would definitely stay again!

Smile Hotel Kobe Motomachi is within a 2-minute walk from JR Motomachi Train Station. It offers modern rooms with free internet access and a flat-screen satellite TV. The location is good, close with train station. Staff not good in english but they try to help me. I love that kindness.
