I traveled with my child and the staff was impeccable 100% of the time in kindness and attention to me and my kid. The concierge service was perfect, as well as reception, and restaurant. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were first class in quality, presentation, and options. The room was well equipped with everything new, comfy, and beautiful decoration. I'd definitely come back the next time I'm in Rome.
