It is a spacious apartment in a quiet building. There is a little lift. You should be sent an app to enter the building and the apartment. It is a spacious apartment with a large dining /lounge room area with large TV with Netflix. There is air conditioning in that room. The kitchen has a kettle, toaster, microwave and oven, there is also a washing machine. There are 3 main bedrooms down one side of the apartment. Two doubles (one with en suite), a single child's room with sofa (i think with another bed which rolls out), there is main shower room too. Between the kitchen and the lounge area there is a very small single room with a en suite too. Plenty of room for 4 of us. There is a very nice balcony where we enjoyed breakfast and drinks in the early evening. The parakeets would come and perch in the trees nearby. The apartment is in a quiet area in the north of Rome. We were visiting family nearby so perfect for us but it's within walking distance (buses back after a few aperol spritzs) to Ponte Milvio which has become quite a hot spot in the evenings with lots of bars and restaurants too. Via Flamia is short walk up the road with many restaurants and shops too. Via Corso di Francia also has a number of shops, a recommended ice cream place etc. You can get the bus from via flaminia to near Vatican and from via corso to Piazza Mancini and then a tram to near the historic centre.
