The staff was super helpful, the room and the hotel was very very good, we really felt like home! The location is also excellent and very central, you have a lot of things in a 10 minute radius. Perfect for couples with a nice romantic vibe.

The staff was very helpful and kind. They gave us a room on a higher floor than was originally booked, they helped us contact restaurants, and the restaurant they have recommended ended up being our best meal of the whole trip. Our room had a really high ceiling, which was awesome.

Nestled in the center of Rome, it allowed us to easily access all the iconic landmarks within walking distance. We did not use any kind of public transport. The convenience of exploring this historic city without hassle truly added to the overall experience. Cleanliness is really important to me, and I was impressed by the pristine condition of the hotel. We did not have breakfast included, but we paid extra to have some one of the mornings. There was a big variety of food for every taste. I recommend this hotel!

I had a remarkable experience at Singer Palace Hotel. The location is perfect, walking distance from historical sites, touristic attractions, great restaurants, and shopping streets. I traveled with my child and the staff was impeccable 100% of the time in kindness and attention to me and my kid. The concierge service was perfect, as well as reception, and restaurant. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were first class in quality, presentation, and options. The room was well equipped with everything new, comfy, and beautiful decoration. I'd definitely come back the next time I'm in Rome.
