The hotel is beautifully decorated. Shiny, polished and clean. I thought the beautiful castle was right in the middle of the city. The hotel is in a very convenient location. Great staff, The men at the reception are perfect. The lady serving breakfast always cheered me up. The cleaning ladies have great smiles on their faces. We loved coming back to the hotel. We will definitely stay there again next time.

The location of the hotel is superb and the friendliness of the staff heartwarming. The cleaning ladies made sure our room was a little palace every day again. The restaurant at the top floor was a treat to have our breakfast at. Thank you Michele, Oriana and all other staff for this wonderful stay. We will for sure be back!

Great location in the heart of Napoli. Very nice rooms and great service. I didn't try the breakfast so cannot judge on that
