The staff were super friendly. I was able to work at the reception desk while waiting for my room to be ready for checking.

Set in Naples, 1.4 km from Naples Central Train Station, Napoli Svelata features views of the city. The room was clean and tidy, with a great bathtub which we loved. The location is perfect, only 150 metres from the most famous pizza place in Napoli, the metro station was two minutes away, with great coffee shops around, and everything we had wanted to do in Napoli was within a walkable distance. The staff were so nice and sweet, Francesca was so lovely to us, and they happily accommodated our "extra" needs.
