This property offers a Special Protection Program, a strict program of precise safeguards dedicated to our guests and our staff. it was my third hotel in Milan and definitely the best one. Ratio price/quality or price/distance from city centre is very high. I will come back for sure. We were on the highest floor therefore we even saw Alps!

Well I should admit that we booked the hotel late and the price was not that friendly for the hotel. However, we had some troubles with our first room and I asked to change the room and the hotel staff was very nice to help us and moved to another much better room for us. So definitely points for that. The location is good!

The room was even nicer than in the photos and quite spacious and the location was great, very easy to navigate the city with a metro stop nearby and as it was only a short walk to the QC Termemilano Spa it made for a relaxing trip with ample chance to see the city.
