We loved how well we were looked after by the family and staff at Vagnitiello. The food and service was amazing; we spent most of our time just laying back, dipping between the thermal pools, drinking beers and spritz and basking in the sun, watching the waves roll in. The view of the ocean, the thermal pools, the spa facilities available and the availability of hireable transport onsite has made our entire stay so seamless, stress-free and just so enjoyable and relaxing. It’s no surprise that they have loyal customers who’ve been selecting to stay at the establishment for the last 20 years. We will definitely be back.

Ischian saarella kukkulan huipulla sijaitsevasta Hotel Paradisesta on panoraamanäkymät merelle, ja siitä on 2 km:n matka Casamicciola Termen keskustaan. One of our favourite hotels we’ve stayed at, this was our second time coming back. Rooms are basic, but everything else - views, food, staff, plant decoration etc are just amazing. Good location, walkable downhill to Casamiccola and Lacco Ameno villages on the shore, both bigger towns Ischia and Forio are just a short ride away.

Hotel Villa Ireos is surrounded by gardens and has panoramic views over the Bay of Naples. There is free Wi-Fi, free parking and Ischia Port is 5 minutes' drive away. Best view, clean rooms, polite and helpful staff.

We wish we could have stayed longer! This stay is a gem, the staff is the best! The family-run business has the most welcoming staff, always ready to help in any situation. The rooms were super tidy and the Breakfast generous and really good. Even better was the dinner option where the kitchen made magic appear on our plates, flavourful, locally sourced with served on a terrace with a beautiful view. The staff at the dinner service was very attentive, mixed great cocktails and knew how to pair the right wine with the meals. An extra that comes it the hotel is the shuttle service they provide, so if you don't want to go on a scenic stroll down to the nearby town the hotel staff will take you there and if needed picks you up again.

With panoramic views over the Gulf of Napoli, Hotel La Madonnina is located in Casamicciola Terme. It offers a private beach, terraced gardens and free WiFi. Everything!!! The beach, the food, the rooms, the staff. All amazing. I really hope to go back soon.

Overlooking lush vegetation and the Tyrrhenian Sea, Hotel & Residence Matarese is 500 metres from the beach and port in Casamicciola Terme. We had a wonderful break staying at the hotel. Marianna and her family offer their guests a very special experience. The hotel grounds are beautiful. The breakfast is excellent - including delicious fruit from the garden, and they even offer an evening meal which we enjoyed. Marianna was so helpful and gave us great recommendations throughout our stay. We can’t wait to return!
