When we arrived the receptionist was waiting for us to greet us. If I recall correctly, her name is Evita. She was extremely helpful and took the time to provide some tips and recommended sightseeing spots. We took on some of the recommendations and we really enjoyed it. We were also given special treatment since my partner celebrated their birthday during our stay. We really appreciated this lovely gesture! Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

Palazzo Bianca Cappello Residenza d'Epoca ligger perfekt beläget i centrala Florens, 3 minuters promenad från Palazzo Pitti och 600 m från Palazzo Strozzi. Very beautiful, comfortable room in an historic building. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and the location is central.

Palazzo Guicciardini ligger i Florens, 5 minuters promenad från Ponte Vecchio. Hotellet är inrett med fresker från 1500-talet. Gratis WiFi finns i alla utrymmen. Exklusivt, vackert och tyst rum till rimligt pris. Lugn, avkopplande miljö. Generös och mycket trevligt serverad frukost, men för mycket sötsaker för min smak. Skulle gärna återkomma hit och rekommenderar varmt.

Set directly along the banks of the Arno river, Hotel Lungarno is less than 100 metres from Florence's Ponte Vecchio. very nice views in the river and bridge, very nice decorations with artistic paintings, very friendly staff, delicious food.

Location was fantastic, lovely sitting area to relax in. Breakfast was excellent each morning and views from the dining room were fabulous.
