Very comfortable, well-decorated boutique hotel. The staff were super! All were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent - good choice of everything. Room was clean with modern furnishing all in accord with the overall tasteful hotel decor. Spa was a welcome treat after a long day walking around beautiful Florence. L'habitació era espaiosa i confortable. El personal molt amable. L'hotel esta a uns 30 minuts a peu del centre. Tot i no tenir esmorzar contractat, ens oferien un capucino i croisant sense cost. Es pot contractar parking per un bon preu.

Kind and lovely staff, the hotel is quiet and welcoming (shoutout to David), and the room was pretty, well equipped and very comfortable. Clearly the guests' experience was taken into account with every little detail and it made us feel very welcomed.
