From the check-in process, recommendations, restaurant, to the checkout, super helpful and attentive. They even greeted my fiancé with a box of sweets for her birthday. At the restaurant, the waitress named Mariana made our dinner really special. 10/10! We will definitely come back soon!!!

Can’t thank enough hotel employees for making our stay special! Also would like to mention the comfort of the room and specifically bed. Had the best sleep in ages. The breakfast is great as well. All the necessary for different styles of breakfast, with exceptional taste. We tried room service as well and the diner was absolutely amazing!

Downtown Reykjavik is full of life, joy and culture, so it can be noisy at night. We recommend enjoying the live music at the bar downstairs, which will stop at 11 in the night. The location and the set in the room, you have everything you need to fix yourself something :)

Right on the street where all the bars and restaurants are, and not far of a walk to the harbour where I could go on the Boat Tours. Had a great view of the Hallgrimskirkta church tower as well. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.
