The food is exceptional, especially the breakfast. The staff are also incredibly helpful and kind. It was our first time staying in Delhi and we are so glad that we stayed at the Shangri La. After a long day of travel, I was very frustrated by some issue at reception, and then with my bathroom. As soon as I calmly communicated my concerns to Subhdra, Santoshi and Kiran I was met with total empathy and understanding. My three night stay was full of smiles and warm welcomes. The streets of Delhi are challenging and chaotic, but the moment you are within range of The Park Hotel, the embracing sense of security is palpable and most welcome. My room was luxurious and clean, and the service staff have an eye for detail that truly merits its five star status. 100% recommend. Also, the delicious included breakfast helps you leap out of the comfortable bed in the mornings!
