Ayurvedic spa treatments, an outdoor pool and a fitness centre are offered at Trident Cochin, a 5-star property on Willingdon Island. Absolutely amazing place with the greatest service in the world. I have never felt so cared. Beautiful swimming pool and garden. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Smart TV with youtube and netflix. Good restaurant with comfort food for kids. Great breakfast and dinner. Probably one of my best experiences of the best service i have ever had.

Casino Hotel is 6 km from Ernakulam and a 10 minute ferry ride to Fort Cochin and Mattancherry. It offers an outdoor pool, 4 dining options and in-house Ayurvedic massage services. Lovely hotel on Willingdon Island. Staff, food and service were great. Room large and well appointed. Had airconditioning, chairs, desk, fridge with drinks. Bathroom had a bath as well as shower. Swimming pool large and clean with towels provided as well as changing area with showers and toilets.. Hotel is not in the tourist area so need to use tuk tuk to ferry point or taxis to get around. Also not many eating options nearby. This means it's in a nice quiet location. All of the food was great, buffet breakfast, buffet evening meal or a la carte - the entrecote steak was amazing. Range of cuisines available and there is also a seafood restaurant. The bar did beers, cocktails and other drinks and provided free nibbles with drinks. You could also order snacks that you could eat in the bar area. Used by tour groups so you know it's good! A great place to stay.

We loved the overall hospitality and the way attention was given to small things - we had booked for a twin bed, but they made it king bed with a corner harbour view - the complimentary boat cruise was excellent - the breakfast was great - the room and the ambiance was too good - the property is beautiful ❤️
