Lo staff e i servizi sono stati perfetti, anche i ristoranti all'interno dell'hotel offrono una cucina di altissimo livello. La posizione dell'albergo è perfetta per visitare la parte sud di Mumbai.

Il servizio è eccezionale in ogni sua sfumatura, si prendono cura di te e ti fanno sentire come a casa. Menzione speciale a Prashant e soprattutto Shubham per la gentilezza durante la colazione, e a Yogesh della piscina e Pandurang del centro fitness, tutto molto cordiali e gentili.

We had the luxury room. It was very comfortable. It was very well designed with a bath in the middle of the room. The highlight of the place is the staff who were most helpful and friendly.

In the heart of Worli, the business hub of India’s largest city, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai creates a tranquil, chic haven filled with sincere Indian hospitality. On arrival, the front desk staff were very helpful, we had a fast check in and they gave us some tips and suggestions about the area which we loved. We were brought up to our room and the bags were brought up separately. When we got to the room it was spotless with an amazing view of the city. We stayed on the 19th floor. The gym was well equipped and the pool area was very clean too. We had some evening drinks on the rooftop bar which was lovely seeing the city from up high. The next morning, we were brought to breakfast by the front desk manager, asking if there was anything more they could do for us during our stay. The breakfast was amazing, with a mix of pastries, Indian food, western food and fruit, we had more than enough choice! Everything was served at the same time and was always warm. Even up until check out, waiting for our car to reach our next destination the staff were offering advice and gave us contact details incase we wanted to reach out for further tips in our next destination!

Ubicato a Mumbai, il Trident Nariman Point a 5 stelle offre la vista sul bellissimo Mar Arabico dalla Marine Drive, un centro business aperto 24 ore al giorno, una piscina all'aperto, una palestra,... LOCATION: the hotel got a full sea view for relax, actually, it doesn't near any tourism locations but we can take uber/taxi to go anywhere. Sercutiry: is it really good and safe. they have at least 2 doors with security check very careful. staffs: friendly and helpful. breakfast: it is quite good, most of Indian food. they also have some western food, you can see on the menu and order. Room and facilities is food and clean. Actually, I used to stay in Trident before but the other triden in Center city, the second time for coming back Mumbai, Trident is the first choice of mine.
