It is hard to name a few as once again i was so impressed with my stay at this hotel, from the check in process, the smell of the hotel to the clenliness and attentivness of all staff, this truly is one if the most amazing hotels in the world and i will keep on returning, this was my 3rd stay and will certainly not be my last, looking at booking again next year, unbelievable property, we had our 1 year old with us and he was treated like a little prince! Great memories

We came on 13/6 from Surat to Mumbai in the morning and had an amazing breakfast. We did ask your managemet if we could see the rooms but we were denied politely. We left for Surat that same night. We had a flight our on 16/6 so we came over to Taj Hotel on the 15th to experience the hospitality and we were greatly impressed

We had one of the two rooms in the fourth floor: bright, comfortable and very clean! The setting in the historical building is absolutely charming. The staff all over very attentive, and the owner who sometimes visit the open space in the upper floor a very kind a positive person. We highly and fully enjoyed our stay!

The staff were truly some of the friendliest, most helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of being helped by in a hotel setting, including at luxury properties where I paid many times what I paid to stay here. Peter at the front desk was particularly kind and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable, even with a very early arrival from the airport. My (club) room was also massive and beautiful, with a canopy bed and a lovely, clean bathroom.

Views over Marine Drive and the Mumbai Skyline are amazing. Staff terrific, very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast buffet, very nice Pool area.
