Excellent hospitality ! Oberoi staff is outstanding in their service & care for the guests. The restaurant Fenix is all over the day a delicious choice. The breakfast is probably the best in Mumbai. Room service is precise & with love to details. Check-in / out is smooth and quick. Astonishingly, the Covid lockdown has not reduced the staff‘ skills to deliver this great service. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Views over Marine Drive and the Mumbai Skyline are amazing. Staff terrific, very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast buffet, very nice Pool area.
