Room service is precise & with love to details. Check-in / out is smooth and quick. Astonishingly, the Covid lockdown has not reduced the staff‘ skills to deliver this great service. The room was a great size, great facilities and super clean. The furniture is solid and a comfy king bed. All staff are attentive and dying to help. 2 usb ports. Rain shower was fantastic. TV technician was really helpful and answered all my questions. Breakfast at the Souk. Among the thoughtful touches, tap set at hot so you get instant hot water, phone cable tidy attached, hand soap block placed on it’s side on soap dish so it doesn’t lose integrity. Fast internet.

El Residency Hotel Fort es troba al centre de Bombai, a 100 metres de l'estació de Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus, declarada Patrimoni de la Humanitat per la UNESCO. The staff were truly some of the friendliest, most helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of being helped by in a hotel setting, including at luxury properties where I paid many times what I paid to stay here. Peter at the front desk was particularly kind and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable, even with a very early arrival from the airport. My (club) room was also massive and beautiful, with a canopy bed and a lovely, clean bathroom.

El Trident Nariman Point està situat a Bombai i té vistes al mar d'Aràbia des del bulevard de Marine Drive. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Views over Marine Drive and the Mumbai Skyline are amazing. Staff terrific, very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast buffet, very nice Pool area.

Ideally set in the centre of Mumbai, Hotel Antique - Colaba is within 100 metres of Colaba Causeway and 1.3 km of Gateway of India. The staff was super friendly and we got free water every day and chai delivered to our room. It was also possible to extend the stay by a few nights and the hotel has a very good location.

Set in Mumbai, 500 metres from Gateway of India, Hotel Harbour View boasts air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant and bar. Excellent location, staff attentive and friendly. Lovely bar on the roof and great breakfast. Rooms are beautifully decorated and bed is very comfortable. We were delayed a few hours through immigration and our taxi driver waited for us and got us to the hotel safely! It didn't bother us but if you're a light sleeper, the sea view rooms with balcony are quite noisy at night as it's a very popular sea front location. Definitely recommend! Thank you!
