Regenta Inn is in a strategic location nearby all activities. They had neat rooms and great staff. I arrived early in the morning at 3 am and Gyana checked me in. He was very helpful and provided us with all details regarding the hotel and its amenities. We had a problem connecting to the internet. Gyana went out of his way to come over to the room and help us out. The day manager at the front desk - forgot his name - was also very helpful and provided us with valuable information on how to get around Bangalore. The person taking care of the breakfast area - I forgot his name - did an amazing job of making sure that the food was being replenished with hot food on a timely basis. Even the security person was helpful - he held the door open for us and helped us with our luggage. Great hotel, nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff!

She went out of her way to help me in the morning with an urgent request and was also kind to accommodate my check out time so I could make it to church and back. Great customer service! Great staff and well maintained by them. They were very helpful and the room was neat and clean. We had a wonderful stay here. The food from their kitchen was good too and it was like home cooked food. Definitely try the chapatis, but if you don't like spice, tell them not to put green chillies in the food.
