They had neat rooms and great staff. I arrived early in the morning at 3 am and Gyana checked me in. He was very helpful and provided us with all details regarding the hotel and its amenities. We had a problem connecting to the internet. Gyana went out of his way to come over to the room and help us out. The day manager at the front desk - forgot his name - was also very helpful and provided us with valuable information on how to get around Bangalore. The person taking care of the breakfast area - I forgot his name - did an amazing job of making sure that the food was being replenished with hot food on a timely basis. Even the security person was helpful - he held the door open for us and helped us with our luggage. Great hotel, nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff!
