Very helpful staff, especially guy who helped us with luggages and searching taxi outside the hotel (his task was to open the door and put the luggage in/out of the car but for us he did a lot more). We had a problem because taxi driver that we had booked to take us to the airport didn't come and all of receptionists tried to help us book new taxi. Thanks to them we were on time at the airport and didn't miss the plane.

Conveniently located along Sheshadri Road across Bangalore turf club, Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse overlooks the Bangalore Turf Club ensuring great views. We requested for a top floor and the view was mesmerizing as you could see the racecourse from your room! Also, I could see Vidan Soudha and Chinnaswammy Stadium from my room! Great view!

They went above and beyond to help us when we forgot few items in the reception and sent us through courier. If you are looking to stay in a hotel that is in the city and also family friendly, I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Bangalore.
