Gusti and Puspita raised the bar. They were extremely responsive, available 24*7 for all yours needs. The staff is very warm and welcoming and they attend to each of your needs proactively and with a smile. My Wife’s birthday was 3 days after we check out. They still decorated the room and the chef got us a cake and the whole staff came to wish her birthday. He Property is also extremely well maintained. Rice terrace views are great. The private heated pool and steam bath was a bonus. Luxury redefined. Would highly recommend this.

There is also a big balcony where you can relax and unwind. The 3 floor building has a yoga studio at the top where you can practice peacefully.
