When sunny the top level offers a terrace with nice view and the chance for sun. Staff is very helpful and when I arrived I didn't now about the parking procedure, but it's easy as all is valet parking and no extra fee and you can get hold of your car any time. The location is close the central pedestrian zone of the city and you need to be brave enough to drive up the street until you see the hotel drive-in. The bar is well equipped and bar-keepers are looking after you. If one wish is free - Beer on the tap would be nice to have instead of bottles only, but that is a problem in Zagreb in general.
