The host was very friendly and welcoming, and arranged assistance with an early check-in, and getting my suitcase up the stairs. Lots of extra touches provided in the apartment. The terrace is spectacular! A great location from which to explore the old town.

The Bota Palace is exceptional. According to my wife the bed is super comfortable and she is very picky about the quality of hotel beds!

All instructions were easy, he even sorted out an early check-in for us and took care of our transportation to the airport. Location is fantastic.
