Location is close to the MTR yet not in a busy area, so perhaps this helps drive the moderate price. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. I like the concept of carving out a small, boutique hotel in what is otherwise a residential building. This is my second stay, and I will be back!

Special mention to head to the rooftop , because the night view and they have put in effort to decorate the rooftop chill out place.
