It had a security guard with a closed gate, so it felt very secure. I got a free breakfast and a free private airport shuttle. The front desk was kind and helpful. The hotel was also super cute! I highly recommend!

Located in Guatemala City’s Zona Viva district, this stylish hotel offers a gym and a Jacuzzi on 19th floor with panoramic city views. Each spacious suite includes free WiFi. Excellent hotel. My room was really big, comfortable king bed, big TV, water, coffee, tea for free. Very nice bathroom. All very clean. But the best was the view (11th floor) on the city and volcanoes behind. Even better view from the top floor (18th) where I also enjoyed in jacuzzi (did not work, but the pleasure was to be in warm water and watch the panorama of Guatemala City). Staff was nice. Breakfast very good, with a lot of tropical fruits. Location of the hotel is excellent, lovely area where one can walk safely. Several restaurants and two big modern shopping malls very close.
