This recently constructed hotel is situated in Amphithea, only 4 km from Ioannina city centre. Anemolia Resort and Spa boasts rooms full of character, with old-style furniture and wooden floors. This is the second time I’ve stayed in this hotel and once again it’s fantastic. The friendliest staff you’ll ever meet that make you feel at home and are always there to help you with anything you need. Great quiet location with secure parking and only a few minute drive from town. The spa and sauna are so relaxing after a long day of work. For the price of the hotel it’s just awesome! Will be back ☺️

Featuring lake views, Σπίτι με θέα στην Αμφιθέα offers accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 2.4 km from Ali Pasha Residence. House with view is one of the best if not the best property we have stayed in Greece! The property is ultra clean, the bed was so comfortable, shower is fantastic and the view is the best! It was also so very quiet at night that you are guaranteed the best sleep and only 10 minutes by car to the centre of Ioannina. Yianni and Maria the hosts are wonderful and make you feel like family. They provided jam, honey and rusks for breakfast and delicious cake as well. Thank you Yianni and Maria and we cannot wait to return!

The host is very helpful and ready to assist in every situation. We stayed on our way from Italy to Bulgaria and was really convenient . The area is interesting, the lake of Ioanina, nearby caves and other touristic sites.
