Set in Athens, 1.2 km from Panathenaic Stadium and 1.1 km from Museum of Cycladic Art, Avant-Garde Studio offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. The apartment is extremely tastefully done and is very beautiful! It has all the amenities that you would need and is a 10 minute walk from the metro station. The host is extremely kind and gave us a lot of suggestions about how to explore Athens! I would highly recommend this place and hope that we get to visit again soon!

I stay in this apartment whenever I am in Athens for a few days. I like that it is very close to the metro, a game-changer in this city. It's also very comfortable and spotless! I love the neighborhood vibe, too; this apartment is away from the crowds and very close to grocery stores, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants, etc.

Host is very hands on and explained how to walk , what to see. The unit was equipped with everything we needed. Toiletries were provided for and the host made our stay very comfortable. She arranged the metered taxi for us to go to the port which was a bonus. I highly recommend this spot - it IS really located in the BEST SPOT IN THE CENTRE.
